Brut metodo tradizionale

The Brut Metodo Tradizionale consists of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.

Vinification: with soft pressing of grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16° C temperature to exalt the olfactory richness of the grapes.

Maturation: at the end of vinification in the following spring, the wine is bottled to allow the wine to age on the lees for 3 years.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow in color, intense and continuous perlage . The scent is delicate and fragrant with hints of hazelnut, bread crust, yeast, ripe apple and sage. Dry and clean, it offers a nice acidity and good length. Serving temperature 8-10 ° C.

Food pairing: ideal for aperitif, it matches elegantly in the presence of cold cheese salads, fish and white meat. Also perfect for pasta with vegetables and delicate main dishes.
