How it was born
Based on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the winemaking takes place with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel tanks at a temperature of 16 °C to maximize the olfactory richness of the grapes. At the end of the vinification, the following spring, it is bottled to allow the second fermentation and left to mature on the yeasts for 3 years.
How to drink it
An ideal aperitif, it combines its elegant presence with cold cheese, fish and white meat salads. Also perfect for pasta with vegetables and delicate second courses.
